Vineyard From the iconic Lion's Tooth block, located on very steep, east-facing slopes of high-clay and limestone soils. Farmed using biodynamic principles, these vines produce tiny amounts of highly concentrated fruit that reflect the soul of the Waikari site.

Wine An extraordinary, low-intervention wine with immense personality. It is intensely mineral, showing notes of wet stone, lemon curd, and dried herbs. The palate is structural and powerful with a distinct chalky texture and an incredibly long, savory finish.
