Vineyard From Greystone's certified organic Waipara estate on limestone-influenced clay soils. Fruit is gently pressed with only free-run juice going to tank (a small portion to neutral French oak), slow cool-fermented for purity, then aged on yeast lees for around six months before blending.
Wine A bright, varietal, and enticing bouquet of fresh spicy pears and red apple, with a fine mineral seam and natural saline, sea-breeze quality. Off-dry with a light-sweet tickle, contrasting acid line, and a generous fruity core.
