Vineyard The "Erin" is a single-block selection from the highest, most exposed part of the Greystone hillside. The vines here struggle in the thin, rocky limestone soils, resulting in tiny berries with immense flavor concentration and a piercing mineral character.

Wine This is Greystone’s flagship Chardonnay—a wine of great focus and purity. It offers high-toned citrus, white floral notes, and a powerful stony core. The palate is tightly wound and structural, showcasing world-class elegance and immense aging potential.
